Our space has it all! Our evening menu is featured Thursday – Saturday which includes bites, boards, and seasonal delights. We have daily happy hours from 4 pm – 6 pm as well as all night Thursday! Our happy hour includes our specialty $1 oysters, discounted cocktails, and even better deals on bites. Our weekend bottomless brunch is something you don’t want to miss! Bottomless mimosas, bottomless Bloody Marys, and brunch items that will make your weekend.

ABOUT GENERAL MANAGER DALLAS JUANES:
The beer + wine + cocktail menu was developed by Verbena’s General Manager, Dallas Juanes. Juanes aims to bring an approachable, fun, and untouched bar program to Verbena Kitchen. As a San Diego native, Juanes started his early career working under Executive Chef Matt Gordon at his beloved Sea and Smoke in Del Mar. As a young bar craftsman, he worked with Evolution Hospitality (Pacific Standard Coastal Kitchen, Verde Kitchen and Bar, Mary Janes) to open new concepts in their portfolio stretching from San Diego to Palm Spring and Los Angeles. Following his industry mentors, he worked at Blue Bridge Hospitality in Coronado, reopening Maretalia Ristorante, Leroys, and managing the beach tiki concept, Boardwalk Beach Club as Beverage Manager. He looks forward to bringing out-the-box recipes to the cocktail program, while working closely with Chef to ensure menu cohesion.

All things pretty and unique have always been a passion for Jillian. Her desire to build and create new, unique pieces for guests so they can experience a one of a kind experience has always been at the forefront of her projects. She prides herself on keeping up with the trends, reinventing the old and creating the things we all wish existed. Her excitement to bring a specific aesthetic to San Diego has catapulted her into a fresh and exciting new territory where she blends the refined looks of our favorite home stores, Pottery Barn, Restoration Hardware, Anthropologie, West Elm & More. She is always eager for the challenge to construct something one of a kind. Her current endeavors include Verbena Kitchen, Bar Verbena, To Be Designed, and the Adams Avenue Theater with more to come in 2023!
